Returns Policy

Returns be made 30 days after the receipt date of your products for a full refund. Returns are subject to the inclusion of before-and-after-use photographs, video or other documentation clearly detailing your concern and the reasons for your return.

Only products purchased on thecamelsoapfactory.com may be returned to TCSF for refund. TCSF products purchased from all other eCommerce channels are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the specific channel and must be returned to the original eCommerce channel from which they were purchased.

 

No refunds or exchanges can be given on promotional items

 

TCSF do not credit or refund charges for shipping or handling. Customers are responsible for the return shipping & handling charges.

 

Refunds will be credited only through the original mode of payment within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
